Structured cabling is an electronic system that allows the use of data transmission services, through the integration of different types of interfaces, both with physical connections, such as optical fiber and copper cable, and with the ether through wireless networks.
This infrastructure consists of a passive part identified by cables, user sockets, rack cabinets, connectors and patch panels (patch panels) for copper cables and optical drawers for fiber cables, which on the active part , identified with routers, switches, firewalls and access point.
